Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in any services provided by Hypweb Solutions LLP, clients agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as any additional policies on our website’s Terms page.
Service Scope: Hypweb Solutions LLP offers a variety of services, including web development, app development, social media management, digital marketing, web hosting, and AI development.
Service Locations: Hypweb Solutions LLP operates with offices in both India and the USA. Regardless of the service location, all projects, transactions, and engagements are governed by Indian policies and regulations, which also apply to clients and projects based in the USA.
Modifications: Hypweb reserves the right to modify terms at any time. Clients on our newsletter list will be notified of updates via email. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the modified terms.
Bug Rectification: Hypweb Solutions LLP provides 1 month of free support for bug rectification after the website goes live. This support period includes error fixing but excludes any feature additions or alterations.
Post-Support Period: After the free support period, bug rectification and additional feature requests are charged at $10 USD per man-hour. A written agreement will outline the scope of additional paid support, including a timeline for completion.
Payment Schedule:
Payment Methods: Clients can make payments using credit or debit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and through wire transfer (bank details provided on request).
Additional Services and Changes: Any additional services or features beyond the initial project scope incur extra charges. New additions requested during development require 100% advance payment.
Project Delays and Communication Responsibilities: If a client delays project completion by over 60 days due to a lack of communication or failure to provide required materials, Hypweb Solutions LLP reserves the right to cancel the project, with 100% of the remaining project cost due.
Supported Browsers: Hypweb Solutions LLP ensures compatibility with the following browsers: IE 9 and above, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari (latest versions). Support for additional browsers is available for an extra fee.
Screen Resolutions for Testing:
By default, the site will be optimized for a desktop resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Any changes to this standard will incur an additional cost.
Data Entry Services: Hypweb does not include data entry services as part of development projects. Clients may hire us for bulk data import in CSV or Excel format or arrange for data entry independently.
Default Scope of Development: Hypweb provides Android development by default; additional platform requirements (iOS, etc.) should be clarified at the start of the project.
Communication Channels: Project updates, requirements, and terms are communicated through emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, Fiverr, or Upwork, as preferred by the client.
Post-Development Maintenance: Basic maintenance is provided for two weeks post-launch. Extended maintenance packages are available upon request, with details specified in a separate agreement.
Payment Terms: For design services (including UI/UX and Figma), 50% of the project cost is due at the project start, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
Revision Policy: Upon project completion, up to two revisions are allowed at no extra cost. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee. During the work process, clients may request unlimited changes within the agreed-upon project scope.

Code Licensing and Restrictions: All code provided by Hypweb Solutions LLP is encrypted by default and restricted to a specific IP address for client use only. Reverse engineering or modifying the encrypted code without permission is prohibited and considered a punishable offense under Indian law.
Non-Encrypted Code Option: Clients may request non-encrypted code for an additional fee of $50 USD. Even with non-encrypted code, the usage remains restricted to a single website or server unless Hypweb Solutions LLP grants explicit written permission.
Refunds and Hourly Rate: If a client requests a refund within 30 days of signing the contract or making the first payment, any completed work will be billed at $10 USD per hour, deducted from the initial payment. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. If the completed work exceeds the initial payment amount, the client is liable for the additional payment due.
Jurisdiction: All disputes and legal matters are governed by Indian law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Najibabad court, located in Najibabad, District Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, PIN Code 246763 IN. This jurisdiction applies to clients and projects managed by Hypweb Solutions LLP in both India and the USA.
